Handmade Blue and Pink Textured Dichroic Glass Pendant with Two Necklaces

One of a kind blue and pink dichroic handcrafted glass pendant necklace, which would make a lovely gift or to keep for yourself. I made this from a piece of textured dichroic glass and a piece of black glass, which were fused together partially, not fully, which means that you can see where the two pieces of glass join. I have tried to show this in the video. This and the texture of the dichroic gives great dimension to the necklace. Dichroic glass reflects different colours when light moves around and on it. This dichroic glass reflects a lovely light blue with pinks and some greens.

Each pendant I create is completely unique. I select pieces of glass for their colours and patterns, then fuse them together using heat, carefully shaping the glass as it melts. Once the shape feels right, the piece is cooled slowly, then ground smooth and polished by hand. I hand make the bails from stainless steel and then fix them to the glass pendant with strong resin for a secure finish.

I use a mix of recycled glass, marbles, and offcuts from the glass industry—giving new life to each piece through the art of fusion.
