RETURNS

I want all of my customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please return it to me within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. 

If I have made a mistake in the listing, or there is a fault with the item, then I will happily pay for the return postage. 

If the item is as described, but you simply changed your mind, then I am happy to accept the return, but the cost of the return will be at your expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You should send it to the address on the back of the package you received it in.

I will let you know when I receive your return, and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at blixxi@mail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can quickly solve your issue.
