Handcrafted pink dichroic coloured fused glass pendant with cord necklace, handmade jewelry, easy to post gift

This fused glass pendant is made of dichroic glass, fused by me in my small workshop in the Massif Central. Dichroic glass takes on different colours depending on the angle from which it is viewed. This pendant shows the colours pink and peach from different angles.

My pendants are entirely handmade and so there is only ever one of each design. The bail is also handcrafted by me from aluminium. I choose pieces of glass with colours and patterns that go well together, then I begin the melting process, shaping the glass as it melts and reforms. When the shape is to my liking, I let it cool. Once cooled, I reshape the pendant using a grinder to remove bumps and sharp edges. The piece is then polished and secured to the bail with resin for a very secure hold.

The materials I use include recycled glass, marbles, and glass offcuts sourced from the glass industry.
