Blue and white fused glass pendant with cord necklace, one of a kind handmade jewellery

Funky, one off fused glass pendant. I made this pendant from white glass and blue twisty glass. I love how it came out from the kiln. Each pendant that I make is carefully handcrafted, making it a one-of-a-kind hand made gift.

My pendants are entirely handmade and so there is only ever one of each design. The bail is also handcrafted by me from aluminium. I choose pieces of glass with colours and patterns that go well together, then I begin the melting process, shaping the glass as it melts and reforms. When the shape is to my liking, I let it cool. Once cooled, I reshape the pendant using a grinder to remove bumps and sharp edges. The piece is then polished and secured to the bail with resin for a very secure hold.

The materials I use include recycled glass, marbles, and glass offcuts sourced from the glass industry.
