The pendant comes with a 50cm 20 inch cord necklace and a small polishing cloth for cleaning and shining the glass. This is then placed into a fabric gift bag then a kraft coloured gift box, ready to wear or to give as a present, ideal gift for girlfriend, mum, sister, friend.
My pendants are entirely handmade and so there is only ever one of each design. The bail is also handcrafted by me from aluminium. I choose pieces of glass with colours and patterns that go well together, then I begin the melting process, shaping the glass as it melts and reforms. When the shape is to my liking, I let it cool. Once cooled, I reshape the pendant using a grinder to remove bumps and sharp edges. The piece is then polished and secured with resin for a very secure hold.
The materials I use include recycled glass, marbles, and glass offcuts sourced from the glass industry.
